How long does it take to custom frame something?

It generally takes 2 to 3 weeks to custom frame your artwork, with most orders falling closer to the 2-week mark. In the case that you have a special event and would like to have something framed quicker, we can always rush an order to meet your deadline.

When I drop something off to be framed, where is the work actually done?

Being a locally owned and operated company, all custom picture framing is done in house. All the materials that are necessary to complete your order are ordered and then sent to our store. Once the materials arrive, we begin to craft all the pieces together ourselves.

How is my art stored and is it safe?

When it comes to art care handling, packaging and storage, no step is overlooked. All of our designers are highly trained in the best techniques for art care handling and storage. Each piece of artwork or memorabilia is individually packaged and safely binned in our art storage shelves. . Should you have any question or concerns, please feel free to contact us. 

How do I find the right fame and mat combination for my artwork or MEMORABILIA?

The first thing you will want to do is bring your artwork or memorabilia into our store to discuss your framing tastes and needs with one of our design specialists. With over 2,000 custom frame choices, and 500 mat colors/textures the possibilities are endless. However, the best framing designs are created based on a conversation about your tastes, the intended hanging location, and what it is that you are having framed. From here, we will be able to make sure your picture framing is customized for your piece in regards to style, aesthetics, and budget. We offer free, no obligation design consultation and quotes.
